The Investment Team drives our investment decisions. As a team member, you will identify and evaluate promising startups, make investment recommendations to our Investment Partners, and represent S2S within your local startup and investor ecosystem. Joining the team provides hands-on experience in early-stage venture capital, allowing you to sharpen your analytical and networking skills. New members start as Investment Analyst, with a clear pathway to grow into the Investment Partner role after one semester.

Our Portfolio Team manages and supports our portfolio, serving as the vital link between S2S and the startups we invested into. You will work closely with founders to provide tailored support, lead negotiations, and analyze portfolio performance indicators. In this role, you will gain portfolio management experience that is applicable to venture capital and beyond. New members start in one of three entry-level positions, with the chance to advance to the Head of Portfolio role after one semester.
