Core responsibilities
- 🧩 Portfolio strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximize the success of our portfolio startups, ensuring they have access to the resources they need to thrive.
- 📞 Support startups: Regularly touch base with portfolio startups to assess their needs and provide tailored support.
- 🏆 Strategic partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with key players in the startup ecosystem to provide our portfolio companies with value.
- 🌍 Represent S2S: Be the face of the organization to potential follow-on investors and partners supporting our startups.
- 💬 Collaborate: Sync with the Portfolio Team to strategize, share insights, and align on goals.

What we are looking for
- 🎓 Student status: Full-time student enrolled in Bachelor, Master, PhD, MBA, or Post-Doc program at a Swiss institution of higher education. Students have to be in Switzerland, meaning they cannot be on an academic exchange.
- 🔍 Curiosity: A strong interest in how portfolio management works and the motivation to boost a startup portfolio through tailored support.
- 🔗 Ecosystem presence: Well-connected within the local ecosystem, including students and clubs.
- 💪 Drive: A personal drive reflected by past projects and lived experiences.
- 🤝 Team player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- ⏰ Commitment: At least one semester and a minimum average of 8 hours per week.
