Core responsibilities
- π€ Negotiate investment deals: Assist Investment Team in reviewing and analyzing startups and propose investment terms.
- ποΈ Legal document management: Touch base with founders after trigger events outlined by our investment agreements and draft amendments to the CLAs to ensure that our contracts remain up to date.
- π Improve legal structures: Improve our Convertible Loan Agreements (CLAs) by conducting research on the investment structures of other funds.
- π Represent S2S: Be the face of the organization to founders and the wider public.
- π¬ Collaborate: Sync with the Portfolio Team to strategize, share insights, and align on goals.

What we are looking for
- π Student status: Full-time student enrolled in Bachelor, Master, PhD, MBA, or Post-Doc program at a Swiss institution of higher education. Students have to be in Switzerland, meaning they cannot be on an academic exchange.
- βοΈ Law background: A very basic understanding of early-stage investment legal structures (term sheets & CLAs) and an interest in negotiating contracts.
- π Ecosystem presence: Well-connected within the local ecosystem, including students and clubs.
- πͺ Drive: A personal drive reflected by past projects and lived experiences.
- π€ Team player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- β° Commitment: At least one semester and a minimum average of 8 hours per week.
