• 💵 Investment process: Transform S2S into a data-driven VC fund by creating tools that boost sourcing and enhance investment decision-making.
• 🔢 Portfolio analysis: Track and analyze portfolio companies, generating automated performance signals to monitor their progress effectively.
• 🗄️ Enhance infrastructure: Innovate and improve the existing software systems.
• 🌍 Represent S2S: Be the face of the organization to key players in the data-driven VC space.
• 💬 Collaborate: Sync with the Investment and Portfolio Teams to strategize, share insights, and align on goals. </aside>

What we are looking for

• 🎓 Student status: Full-time student enrolled in Bachelor, Master, PhD, MBA, or Post-Doc program at a Swiss institution of higher education. Students have to be in Switzerland, meaning they cannot be on an academic exchange.
• 🧠 Creative innovator: A solid technical background and the ability to collect ideas to build tools that solve actual problems.
• 🔗 Ecosystem presence: Well-connected within the local ecosystem, including students and campus initiatives.
• 💪 Drive: A personal drive reflected by past projects.
• 🤝 Team player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• ⏰ Commitment: At least one semester and a minimum average of 8 hours per week. </aside>
